My story
I didn't come from software engineering.
I started as an interior designer. Spaces, light, how a room makes you feel.
In 2017 that work turned into my first digital product, an online interior design service. Software followed in 2020, when my husband and I created what later became MyRoomDesigner.ai. That first SaaS was the start, and somewhere along the way I fell in love with building products.
Back then I wasn't the one writing the code. I shaped the product and carried everything around it: marketing, sales, documentation, testing, finding customers, link building. It was a full education in everything a product needs beyond the code itself. Eventually I wanted the last piece too, so I started learning to code. Then AI tools arrived, and something shifted. The products I had been imagining for years were suddenly within reach.
Since then I've been building SaaS products from first idea to paying customers: designing them, shipping them, finding the people who need them, improving with every launch, and documenting all of it as I go. I built the first MVP of minniie in one weekend. It wasn't perfect, but it was real. A few weeks later, a stranger paid for it.
Now I want to share that process with other founders who don't come from code. Not because I have all the answers, but because I know exactly what it feels like to have the idea and not the roadmap.
